Despite a downpour of rain at the
hour for meeting, thirty-five women
were present at the last regular ses
sion. The neeiilework committee was
entertained on Monday evening^ at the
home of Mrs. Maud Bridges. The com
munity chorus is practicing twice a
week with splendid results. The house
committee is receiving the congratu
lations of the village because of the
thorough spring cleaning it gave the
community building. The club is very
grateful to Mr. Ellis, Mr. Moorhead,
rnd Mr. Bragg for the invaluable help
they gave the committee. The drama
committee will announce the date of
its two one-act plays next week. The
Blaster play truly represents the fine
cooperative spirit of Goldville. Mem
bers of the church, community chorus,
