Sec. 8. Lots numbers 490 to 607,
Section A shall not be sold nor shall
burial space be sold -in any of said
lots. The same to be held for use
as may be determined by the Tpwn
Authorities of said Town.
Sec. 9. All monies derived from
the sale of lots in said Cemetery and
all monies derived from the issuing
of permits for burial therein shall be
placed in a separate fund to be known
as Cemetery Fund and kept as such;
and said fund with ah increments, in
come, and increase thereof and there
from shajl be used solely and ex
clusively for the purpose of paying
the interest and liquidating the pres
ent indebtedness of said cemetery,
