Farm Lands of Laurens County
If you have farm lands in Laurens County
that you wish to sell, be sure that they are listed
immediately with the Secretary of the Clinton
Commercial Club. No sale will be attempted
without options.
The Club prefers to list lands of reasonable
price, and in any quantity in any part of the
County.
The Clinton Commercial •Club in conjunc
tion with the Laurens Business League are now
securing farm land options. These options will
be catalogued and published in booklet form
for distribution within the next two or three
weeks, so it is important that the land you wish
to sell be listed at 6nce.
The Clinton Commercial Club and the Lau
rens Business League are acting as a clearing
house between buyers and sellers in order to ex
pedite the agricultural development of the
County, the object being to locate working
farmers upon small farms, breaking up large
tracts, largely owned by town residents or non
residents of the County, the small farms to be
occupied by their owners.
Act quickly if you have farm lands for sale.
