only one arrest was made in Fort
Mill during the Christmas holidays,
that of a negro accused of robbing
i Itock Hill stores last Thursday. The
man was taken from Southern pussonger
train No. 28 Thursday evening
by Police Officer V. D. Potts. At
the time he had in his possession
ladies' wearing apparel said to be
worth $12l> and four pairs of fine
wool socks. He was locked up in
Fort Mill for tho night and Friday
morning was turned over to tho
) Itock Hill authorities.
