AX ORDINANCE The following ordinance was adopted: "An ordinance establishing a munlclpar bourt ln the Town of Fort Mill, providing for the election of a , recorder, and the fixing of his salary." Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of Fort Mill ^ and by authority of the same: Section 1. In pursuance of authority vested In Sections 3001, 3002, 3003, and 3004, Code of Laws of South Corallna, 1912, Vol. 1. and the various acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, a .municipal court for the trial and determination of all cases arising under the ordinances of the Town of Fort Mill Is hereby established. Section 2. The said municipal court shall have jurisdiction to try and determine all cases arising under the ordinances of the powers and duties as are now conferred upon the mayor of said town, either by Its charter or bv the laws of the State o' South Carolina.
