Great disappointment reigned
in the ranks of the local troop of
Boy Scouts Friday because of the
nonarrival by express of the
Scout uniforms which had been
ordered for the troop about ten
days previously. It was the intention
of the young men to attend
the Field Day exercises in
Rock Hill Saturday in their new
uniforms, and this added much
to their disappointment. However,
Scout Master Carothers
has nrnmispH to toL-o t-Ko
a "hike" to Rock Hill or Pineville
just as soon as possible
alter the arrival of the uniforms
and the Scouts are looking forward
to the trip with pleasant
expectancy.
