Editor Times: 1 see in the Yorkville Enquirer of Sept. 22 an article saying: "There is a growing feeling throughout the country that politicians are losing their control because of the more intelligent interest that is being manifested by the people. It will be a great day for this country, when the people really rule, and rule they will, when every man undertakes to inform himself and vote hisown honest convictions." This sounds good, but Editor Grist has made a mistake. He should have said editors instead of "politicians," for the vote in the primary clearly shows that the Enquirer lost five of its pets, scattered promiscously all over the political field, from coroner to United States senator.
