Newman, who is to he the star speaker of the occasion. Col. Newman has resinned his position as director of the Agricultural department at Clemson College and this will probably he the last tour of the State that lie will make. We wish to emphasize the fact that it will be detrimental to the interests of every farmer to neglect this opportunity of hearing Col. Newman, beeause lie is the one man in South Carolina who has done more for southern agriculture than any other man in the State.
