Joe Izard, a young J negro man.
is suffering with a bullet wound in
his left arm, which was inflicted
while he was .engaging in a game
of ''skin" near the works of the
Charlotte JJrick Co.'on last Sunday.
The bullet passed through
Izard's arm and lodged in the hand
of another negro standing la-side
him. The man who did the shooting
fled and has not been arrested.
