as to his injury for his lawyer
but was refused.
The goal, mounted on two
wheels with a handle at the hack,
and the seat covered with something
like sheepskin, was brought
into court by the defendants, who
intended producing it before being
subpoenaed. The three defendants
were sworn and told to operate it
as they had on the plaintiff. Prof, i
Linley, acting as a candidate.
There was much merriment in the
court room.
