The Herald cannot publish unsign?d

to the waste basket last week because
they were unsigned. We do not
want signatures for publication, but
for identification. The writer who
means well is not afraid to back up
what he writes, but we are suspicious i
3f the writer who conceals his iden-i

in mind. All communications, wheth-!
