Mrs. A. B. Allen, celebrated his
seventh birthday by inviting twentytwo
of his little friends. After games
of all descriptions were played, they
were invited into the dining room,
where they were greeted by a large
white cake, with seven candles burning.
Jell-O, whipped cream and fruit
were served to the youngsters to their
full satisfaction.
Miss Annie Covington most charmingly
entertained the Sewing Club on
the afternoon of March the 1st. After
sewing, darning and jokes, with
pleasant conversation for two hours
