Personnel of th^ Forman Quartette.
The personnel of the Furman
Quartette which is to give a concert
In Dillon this evening is interesting.
A very prominent feature of the
program is J. B. McCravy and his
violin. He hails from Laurens and is 1
gulte a promising young artist, having
studied under such masters as
Wilkins Wilkinson, of New York City
who, for the past two years, has been
on the? concert stage with John McCormick.
C. J. League, pianist is a '
graduate pupil of Professor George
h Srhaefer. of the Conservatory of
Music, Greenville Woman's College,
and has taken special work under Mr.
Eiselheimer of Carnegie Hall, New
York. Everybody who has heard B. M.
Moore has been struck with the
yeautiful Quality and wide range of his
remarkable tenor voice. F. L. Jones,
of Greenville, is the basso. Mr. Jones
has had considerable experience as
a singer in various choirs and has a
voice strong in volume and rich in
quality. Besides quartette nufnbers, 1
solos, both vocal and instrumental
the quartette is accompanied by W.
M. Blackburn as impersonator and
reader. The quartette which is sq-.J
lected from the Glee Club of Fur-jman
University will appear this even-,!
ing, July 1st, at the auditorium of
the Dillon High School at 8:,30 for
1 concert. Music lovers are fortunate
in having the opportunity of hearing
:hese musicians and enteri .iners.
