C., on August 24, 1918 as a result of which it is expected to make certification to fill a contemplated vacancy In the position of fourth class postmaster at Lake View, S. C., and other vacancies as th??y may occur at that office unless . j?hall be decided in the interIests of the service to fill the vacancy by reinstatement.
