made and directed to me, the undersigned,
A. B. Jordan, Master for
Dillon county. In the State aforesaid,
will aeli at public auction for
cash on sales day in November, A.
D. 1910 to the highest bidder within
the usual sale hours of that day
before the court house door in Dillon.
S. C., the following tract or
parcel of land, to wit:
All the right title and interest of
Henrietta Horn, (the same being
one undivided third part thereof)
in all that certain piece or parcel of
land situate in the countvof Dillon
in the State aforeBaid in Hlllsboro
township, containing one hundred
acres, more or less, and bounded as (
follows: north by lands of John)
Curry; east by lands of Tom Ford; j
south by lands of M. M. Horn; i
west by the lands of Evander Ar-,
nette. The same being known a3
the estate lands of her husband,
Hardy Horn. The same being sold
under foreclosure of a mortgage
given by Henrietta Horn to J. \V.
Dillon & Son Company.

the sole heir and distributer at law
of the said John McCray.

Owens, plaintiff, against Martha
Miller, et al, defendants for partition,
all that certain tract or parcel
of land situate in the county of
Dillon in the State aforesaid, containing
one hundred acres, more or
less, bounded north by lands of Wil- (
Ham P. Miller; south by lands of
Martha Moody and estate lands of
John C. Miller; east by estate lands
\ of E. L. Rogers; west by estate
lands of L. G. Rogers. Also a tract
of land in said county and State

NOTICE.
Notice is hereby given that the
- t*-x books for Dillon county will be
o]>en for the collection of taxes
from Oct. 15th, 1910 to March 15th,
1*11.
The following penalties will be
added:
January, one per cent., February,
two per cent, Mardh, seven per
cent.
All persons between the ages of
21 and 60, except Confederate soldiers
and those otherwise exempt
by law are liable for poll tax.
The commutation of * "? dollars
(2.00) can be paid till March 1st,,
1911. All persons between the ages
of 21 and 65 are liable.
The state, county and 3 mile con- '
stitutional is 13 3-4.
The following school districts;
have extra levees:
Carolina No. 2, 3 mills.
Little Rock No. 4, 5 mills.
Reedy Creek No. 6, 4 mills.
Homer No. 7, 2 mills.
Dillon No. 8, 8 mills.
