and organized under and by virtue
of the laws of tha State of Sooth
arolina, requires for right of wav and
the location of depots, stations, turnouts
and other necessary usos of said
corporation as a railroad and common
carrier of passengers and freight, a certain
lot of land now owned by you and
in vonr possession, situate in the town
of Dillon, in the ounty of Marion and
State aforesaid, and described as follows,
to wit: All that certain lot of
