room; the fountain, show oases, wall
cases and all other equuipument per
taining to or uses for the purpose of
the business now conducted in the
frogt part of the pool room premises:
office fixtures and equipment, includ-
i ing cash registers, safe, typewriter^,
adding machines, and all other office
equipment of every kind: dining room
and kitchen equipment, including
tables, chairs, tray stands, trays, lin
ens, plate and hollow silverware,
! crockery, glassware, pictures, refrig
erators, ranges, ovens. and all other
dining room and kitchen equipment
and utensils of every kind.”
TOGETHER with the good will of
the said business, the leasehold rights
of the mortgagor to the premises
