Wc are putting our experience, our reputa lions, our money, behind both and vnc vtan: everybody to know it. Therefore— • If you have a Florence lot for sale we want to sell it and we believe we can get the right ^, , )r ice for it. And if you believe as strongly in Liberty Bonds as we do you will join us in an offer to accept Liberty Bonds at par as first pavmerits on such property. If you are loaded up with bonds ami teel you cannot make this concession we will see if we can find a way to satisfy you and make the buy er's bonds count at face value too. On The Other Hand— If you want to buy a Florence lot and have Liberty Bonds you would like to put into the trade we will negotiate such an arrangement for you and make the bonds count full par just as they will count with Uncle Sam the day they are due. Now there's the actual proof of our belief. We are not talking our confidence in the pres ent and future values of Florence real estate. We arc backing it up and coupling it with our belief that the United States government will nay what it promises to pay. We are not a®*aid that we are misplacing our confi- blence in either case. We want everybody share it and make Florence realty as solhl ^Ts the United States treasury itself. \ Come On with Your Bonds— Wc will find men in Florence who will ex change an equally good thing—Florence real estate—for every one you have.
