tifully appointed services placed on

Passing into the library, where Mrs

punch, the guests passed out through
the drawing room, where they ^ere
bade adieu by Mrs. S. R. Lucas
and Mrs. D. T. Riley.
The color scheme of pink and green
was carried out in the refreshments
and in the decorations of sweet peas
and Dorothy Perkins roses.

The lovely home of Mr. and Mrs.
Geo. Stackley on West Palmetto
street was the scene of a beautiful
wedding on Wednesday afternoon,
when their daughter, Agnes Goorgie.
was given in marriage to Mr. William
Brooks Tyson, of this city.
The entire lower floor of the spa
cious home was thrown open en suit,
and artistically decorated with Shas
ta daisies and banks of tall palms
and ferns. From the lighted chande
liers, which were gracefully draped
with yellow crepe paper, hung dais
ies, while huge vases and bowls of
the same dainty flowers were scat
tered in profusion around the rooms.
The window draperies were festoon
ed with garlands of green into which
daisies were fastened.
Just preceding the ceremony, which
occurred at half after five o’clock, a
charming musical program was ren
dered Miss Lola Lawrence beuuti
fully sang two Vocal numbers—“For
You Alone,”*and “Beauty’s Eyes'—
accompanied by Mias Annie Darby at
the piano and Miss llessie Gregg with
the violin.
Promptly at live-thirty, to the
strains of the wedding march from
“Tannhauser,” the bridal party en
tered the drawing room tn the fol
lowing order: Misses Pauline Stack
Iby and Estelle Flagler, young sisters
of the bride, wearing dainty frocks
of white organdie anu carrying Sbas
ta daislees tied with yellow tulle, en
tered from opposite doors and cros
sed under the chandelier, from which
was suspended a wedding bell.
Next came the maid of honor, Miss
Marie Jackson, of Dillonj dressed in
flesh Georgette with larfee picture
hajL and carrying an armful of sunset
roses.
The dainty little flower girls, Aud
rey and Oliver Pendergrass, entered
next trom opposite doors. They were
dressed in fairy-like costumes of ac
cordion pleated organdie and catried
baskets tied with yellow tulle and

ing reception was tendered to the
many Inlands of the bridal couple.
