“Reports just received from Dnited 7
States Department of Agriculture in- *
dicate 34 per cent reduction in wheat
production this year. Unless some
thing is done to meet this situation.
Hour will lie on the same basis as dur
ing the war. with tills difference,—.
we were then blessed with large corn
yields. Owing to unfavorable weath
er conditions and the natural incen
tive to grow cotton on account of j
present high price and fear of the
wider spreading of the weevil within
next few years, we are liable to have
a distressingly short corn crop.
“I am sending to many farmers,
bankers, merchants, cotton seed crush
ers, and newspapers so that our farm
ers, even at this late date may be
urged to increase their acreage in
corn. If this is done, we Van largely
increase our food supply and there
by save a serious situation most likely
to prevail this fall. I suggest county
meetinys of prominent farmers, hank- (
ers and merchants to consider the
situation. Money without bread is not ,
satisfying."

Throat.
Dental Science has proven that the
mouth is a veritable incubator or
breeding place for germs and that
about ninety-five per cent of all
mouths examined are infected.
This unhappy picture is the com
mon fate of those who neglect the
laws of oral hygiene. It may be eas
ily avoided by prompt repair of the
teeth by your dentist followed by
daily sterilization of the mouth,
teeth and threat to prevent reinfec
tion. For this purpose ‘Dental Sci
ence lias perfected a most delightful
and effective sterilizing solution for
the toilet, called Steroline. It absolu
tely sterilizes Urn moutfy teeth and
throat, penetrating even the minute
crevices between the teeth which can
not he reached in any other way.
Used as a mouth wash and gurgle,
night and morning. Steroline quickly
becomes a most delightful and indis-
peusaMe part of the daily toilet. It
imparts a delightful sensation of
cleanliness, freshness and comfort to
