general- secretary of the State asso
ciation was received with deep re
gret.
To carry forward the work in
South Carolina, Leon C. Palmer, of
Montgomery, Ala.. General Secre
tary of the Alabama Sunday School
Association, was elected by the Exe
cutive committee. Mr. Palmer is
well equipped for the work in this
state, and great achievements may be
expected under his direction.
