debtedness have just been announced
for public subscription by the Feder
al Reserve Bank of Richmond. The
firse series dated April 15 anl matur
ing July 15, will pay interest at the
rate of 6 per cent. The second se
ries. dated April 15 and maturing Oc
tober 11. pays interest at the rate
of 5 1-4 per cent a year.
