A large audience w'as present to hear the entertainers, who urged on by liberal applause, gave their best efforts to render a pleasing program. Vocal selections predominated, tho there was enoug-i n stnimental work to give variety to the program. Mr. Burton’s soles brought forth much applause, as did also the freakish capers of the pianist. The offerings of the risader were well received. In fact, the entire program was unusual altogether lacking in dull parts. The Lyceum singers will without doubt prove to be a good advertisement for the remaining numbers to appear soon.
