The following regarding the li quor question was introduced by Mr. Simpkins: Joint resolution to ascertain the sentiment of the qualified electors of the State ou three plans of deal ing with intoxicating liquors, to- wit: Prohibition, dispensary or high license. Sectiou 1. That at the next gen eral election in this State th# managers at the voting places iu this Stats shall prepare a ballot box in which the qualified electors authorized to vote for the mem b<.rs of the general assembly vot ing at such place may each depos it a ballot expressing his prefer ence for one of tbe following plans of dealing with intoxicating li quors, to-wit: Prohibition, dis pensary or high lioens*-.
