HELD IN N EVV'BERRY.
The meeting- of Amity Lodge, No.
87, A. F. Mheld Friday evening,
the 14th, was a memorable occasion
for the members of the Masonic
lodges of* this section. The meeting !
was one of the most largely attended, j
the most interesting and enthusiastic
in the history of old Amity lodge.
The occasion of the meeting was
f
an official visit of Most Worshipful!

I
Among the other distinguished visi- !

Fast Grand Master George T. Bryan,!

worshipful masters of different'
lodges in the state, and about fifteen

upon two candidates, and the

J .
most impressive and the lectures the 1
most beautiful and instructive ever
heard in the local lodge.
An excellent talk was enjoyed by
the meeting from Past Grand Master
Geo. T. Bryan in explanation of the
George Washington Masonic Memorial
at Alexandria, Va., overlooking
the city of Washington, D. C.
Amitv lodge already has a life membership
