Gilbert Circuit is in session at Pond
Branch this week.
The trustees of school district No.
28 have been fortunate x in securing
Miss Lola Maynard, to teach for them
the coming session.
' H. A. and Mrs. Howard visited Mr.
and Mrs. Ellas Kyzer, quite recent
ly.
Mr. M. It. Crout, made a business
trip to the state capitol one day last
week.
After spending some time under
the parental roof und visiting other
relatives hereabouts last week, Mrs.
B. E. Miller, has returned to her
home in Columbia. \ t
Mrs. Nezzle Crout and children visited
relatives in Priceville last wfeek,
Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Miller of Columbia
spent the past week with
their relatives out on route 3 from
Lexington.
Miss Ruth Senterfeit visited hev

Rev. L<. W. Johnson, pastor of the
Gilbert circuit, who *haa been on the

we all hope the damage won't be too
