Baking Powder Biscuit
2 c sifted flour, !
^ [
4 t baking powder,
>1-2 t salt,
4 t fat,
About 2-3 c sweet milk.
I
Mix and sift flour, baking powder, j
onrt salt. Work in the fat. Add [
enough milk to make a medium soft ^
dough. Toss on slightly floured j
bread board. Kneed only enough to j
make the mixture smooth. Roll to j
about 1-2 inch thick. Cut with bis- j
cuit cutter. Put in slightly greased
baking pan and bake in hot oven
from 15 to 20 minutes.

FREIGHT TRAINS CRASH
Swansea, March 12.?An extra

the rear of No.- 67 this morning at
the north end of the switch. The
