a host of relatives and friends. j

spring.
Eight children were born- to this
union. They are the grand parents
of twenty-seven children and great
grand parents of five children, a total
of 46 descendants.
There were 125 persons present,^if
the weather was inclement. There we
met old acquaintances and made new
ones. Here we met Rev. H. W. Rod^
gers, who has been spending a great
deal of his latter days in New Mexico
and elsewhere. We had the pleasure
of meeting many of our old friends
and enjoyed pleasaht conversations
