with the judge of probate and
the devises and bequests will approximate
$2,000,000. The late Mr. Mimnaugh
was a large merchant and had

hulk of his holdings to his son, three
daughters and grandchildren. Small
amounts were left to fxdends. Under
the terms of the will John L. ?*fimnaugh,
Jr., will become the owner of
the department store and building lo
. cated at the northwest corner of Main
'and Hampton streets. Three daughters,
Ethel Mimnaugh Tobias, Lila
] May Richey and Lucile Mimnaugh
Dial, are left the Imperial hotel property
and the furnishings and fixtures.
The personal property of the late Mr.
Mimnaugh, valuedfet about $500,000,
is given to the children and grandj
children. Bonds, stocks and mortgages
are distributed among the heirs.
James A. Mimnaugh, brother, and
John L. Mimnaugh, son, are executors.
