OP LIVE STOCK
The pre-eminence of the South as a
live stock country was demonstrated
to the 1919 International Live Stock
Exposition in Chicago the first week
in December. While relatively few
animals from the States South of the
Ohio and Potomac rivers and east of
the Mississippi were shown breeders
in that section were awarded a very
large percentage of the principal
prizes, including the following Grand
championships.

The remarkable showing made by
the South at the International demonstrates
that the Southern climate
and Southern feeds are exceptionally
well adapted to the production of the
highest class of all kinds of domestic
animals, and when this is considered
in connection with the economy of
production due to the long grazing
! season, the abundance and variety of
foriage crops, and proximity to mari
kets in the great consuming centers of
the United States with excellent transportation
facilities, it demonstrates
beyond question that there is no section

No Great Act of Heroism Required.
If some great act of heroism was
necessary to protect a child from
croup, no mother would hesitate to
protect her offspring, but when it is
only necessary to keep at hand a
bottle of Chamberlain's Cough Remedy
and give it as soon as the first indication
of croup appears, there are
many who neglect it. Chamberlain's
Cough Remedy is within the reach of
all and is prompt and effectual.
