the first degree and sentenced to 21
years in the penitentiary at Nashville'

Harth. A motion for a new trial was
entered and will oozne up later. Her
bondsmen surrendered her and she
was again Incarcerated in the Knox
county jail.
It was the theory of tho prosecution
that Maude Moore and Martin |

from the city antl rob him of a large
diamond ring which he wore and a
large sum. of money which he was reputed
to carry. Thp prosecution contended
Maude Moore telephoned
Harth and arranged to meet him at
9:80 o'clock and took her revolver in
her handbag* and that when they
were what she considered a safe distance
from the city she attempted to
rob Harth and a fight ensued in the
