Doc. 6.?Muude Moore late today waa convicted of murder In the first degree and sentenced to 21 years in the penitentiary at Nashville' hy a Jury which had heard her trial . ,on the charge of kllllnsr, I?eroy H. Harth. A motion for a new trial was entered and will oozne up later. Her bondsmen surrendered her and she was again Incarcerated in the Knox county jail. It was the theory of tho prosecution that Maude Moore and Martin | , Hunter planned to lure Harth away from the city antl rob him of a large diamond ring which he wore and a large sum. of money which he was reputed to carry.
