Thursday, October 20-Morning
gates at 8 o'clock. Horse show at
10:30 before the grand stand. Mid
way opens 10:30. Foot ball at 11:30
Lake City vs. Timmonsville, two of the
strongest teams of the State.
A fternoon-at 2:30 o'clock, the
2:16 pacers and the 2.19 trotters
race; free act at 3 o'clock.
Night-gates at 6 o'clock. Fire
works and band concert, and free acts
per regular schedule, with fun and
frolic enough for all.
All farm machinery demonstrations
will be in full operation throughout
the day.
Friday, October 21-School day and
close for fair.
Morning-gates at 8 o'clock. 9:30
o'clock, field day begins for all public
teams. All schools in the county close
for this event.
About 5,000 school children will be
on the grounds and participate in the
field exercises of this day. 11:30
o'clock, McColl will meet Florence on
the grid, this game probably being
the biggest foot ball event of the sea
son in the Pee Dee.
Afternoon-at 2:30 o'clock, the
pacers will race again. Immediately
following this event, there will be a
"free for all" for all horses which
may enter. $200 purses are hung up
for each of tlhese events. Free act at
:3 o'clock.
Night-Gates at 0 o'clock. Band
colcert and fire works at 8 o'clock.
Carnival of confetti an fun under the
white lights of the midway till 12
o'clock, when the 1921 Pee Dee fair
will close for the season.
Farm machinery demonstrations
