don Counties shall be changed so as
to annex to the county of Sumter cer
tain territory more particularly de
scribed in a petition filed for such elec
tion and annexation, and shown by the

oflice of the Secretary of State of
South Carolina, in the office of the
Clerk of Court for Clarendon County,
and in the office of the Clerk of Court
for Sumter County.
