Columbus, Ohio, July 12.-Franklin Roosevelt, Democratic nominee for ice President, announced today, fol wing a conference with Governor )x, the presidential candidate, at the Dvernor's mansion here, that both i and the Governor had decided thatl ey would consider no State as be g hopeless and that they would rry the fight into every State in the nion during the coming campaign. This was the first definite statement come from the heads of the ticket nec their nomination. "Both the overnor and myself are not going to nsider any State hopeless. All vehicles shall be' driven or operated upon the streets in a careful manner, having due regard,c for the rights of others, and it shall be f unlawful for any vehicle to be driven' or operated in a disorderly, careless,lt reckless or dangerous manner, or in a manner to put any person in fear j of bodily hurt, or damage to the pro- n perty of another; but under no circum- t stances shall any vehicle move at a, greater speed than fifteen miles per hour.
