The South Carolina Development oard, being entirely a voluntary gene yfor State-wide development, rust derive its support from the oluntary contributions of the citi enship of the State. The receipt of ontributions from all sources for arrying on the work of the organi ation is authorized, but in order hat adequate revenue may be assure nd a definite income estimated, it is rovided that the annual dues of all iembers shall be $10 per annum, and hat there shall be a sustaining fund ubscribed by the membership.
