Omar Nicrgarth, missing avia tor front Carlstroni field here, was safe with a party of fishermen off the Ten Thousand islands, was expressed in a brief telegram from one of the searching parties received here late tonight. The telegram field at Miami reads: "Believe we have located Niergarth with fishing party on coast about 15 miles north of plane. We will verify this tomorrow morning by dropping note." A Scout is Obedient. When anyhody tells a scout to (10 anything he (oes it-immediately and does not say "in a minute." And go off and forget about it when his scout master tells him to study up on some particular thing he does it, if a scout obeys this law he is a good scout, a very good scout, for if he is obedient le obeys all the scout laws and is trustworthy, loyaly, helpful, courteous obed ient, k iid, cheerful, thrifty, brave friendly, clean and reverent. "A Scout is Friendly" le is a friend and a brother to every other scout, and if he gets in trouble, will stand by him and help him out when a stranger speaks to him, he does not regard him with dis trust but converses with him in a friendly manner. If a new boy comes to town lie does not allow him to feel strange but immediately makes friends with him and tries to induce the other boys to make friends with him also. " A Scout is Cheerful" When lie is told to (1o anything dif ficult he does not grumble, when he is disappointed in anything lie doesn't sulk. when lie is in "har-I luck" he is not downhearted. If he loses any thing lie does not sulk and grumble about it for hours, if lie fails in school, lie does not feel discouraged, lie always has a cheerful smile. "A Scout. is Thrifty" le works faithfully and (oes not spend his money foolishly. le saves his money and always pays his own way where possible is always generous to worthy objects and if anyone is inl nce- of anything lie does not hesitate to help them, he gives money to the chrreb, buys his owin equipment anid makes the best possible use of his money, does not horrow but lends to his frienids when they are really in need.
