Georgia, 104 counties prohibi tion; 33 license; one dispensary Florida, 32 counties prohibi tion; 13 partly prohibition. Kentuckey, 47 counties prohi tion; 35 have one licensed place of sale: 19 have two license< places, 18 straight license. Louisiana, 20 counties prohibi tion; 39 license. Maryland, 15 counties prohibi tion: nine license. Mississippi, 65 counties prohi bition; 10 license. Missouri, 12 counties out of 11! have prohibition.. Tennessee, has state prohibi tion, ecpinbeing made o: egtctes of over 5000 inhabi tants. Texes, 141 counties prohibi tion, 57 partial prohibition, ani 48 licenase. South Carolina has the dispen sary system throughout the state and as for North Carolina a re cent local option law permits o: prohibition, dispensary or li cense.
