Miss Etha Taylor has -returned home from Columbia, accompanied by her sister, Miss Lola Taylor, who will spend couple weeks in Newberry. Stevens, the new man at Cooper's for the repairing: of eyeglasses will move his family from Columbia as soon as he is able to secure a house. Mr. Carr E. This is his first visit in eleven years. His many friends are glad ! to see him. He will spend about two weeks here. Mr. Hugh Slice, who taught the past season in Darlington, is spending his vacation at his home in Chapin; that is, when he is not visiting in Newberry, where he was the past week-end.
