Mrs. Simp 3Km was stricken with paralysis 17 -years ago, the second stroke occuran hour before she died. ?<ibscribe to The Herald and News MUSIC RECITAL PUPILS MISS MAZIE DOMINICK Last Friday afternoon the pupils of Miss Mazie Dominick gave their annual piano recital at her home in College street. The complete program rendered by the large class reflected much credit upon teacher and pupils, and every number was enjoyed by the audience which was composed of the parents and friends of the Duoils. Baskets and bowls of sweet peas were effectively used in the decorations, making the rooms very attrac, tive. At the conclusion of the in- j ' teresting program an ice course was served. j NEWBERRY ROTARY CLUB HOLD INTERESTING MEETING ; i i i ' The Newberry Rotary club held a regular meeting in its clul? rooms in the Fraternity hall on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the luncheon being served by Mr. W. W. Bullock. There was a full attendance. Four new members were welcomed by the Rotarians and business of importance transacted. j Interesting short talks were made by several invited guests, two of them being former Newberrians who have cast their lots in distant cities: The Rev.
