Greenville, May 18.?After a mistrial had been ordered by the court at 10 o'clock this morning in the case of Jake Gosnell, charged with the murder of Sheriff Hendrix Rector last July, the defendant was released from the county jail at 5:15 o'clock this afternoon uncer oona of $4,000.
