Notice is hereby given that the General Election for State and County Officers will be held at the voting precincts prescribed by law in said county, on Tuesday, (November 5, 1918, said day being Tuesday follow- j ing the first Monday in November, as I prescribed by the State Constitution, j The qualification for suffrage: Managers of electon shall require of every elector offering to vote at any election, before allowing him to , vote, the production of his registra-1 tion certificate and proof of the payment of all taxes, including poll tax ' assessed against him and collectible during the previous year.
