Notice is hereby given that th?
second primary election of the Democratic
party, for the purpose of
nominating candidates for United
States senate for the short term,
attorney general, comptroller general,
railroad commissioner and oom'?

on Tuesday, September 10th 1918.
The voting places, managers and
clerks of election will be the same
as those of the first primary election.
The qualifications of voters will be
the same, as those of the first primary
election. The secretaries of
the respective clubs will see to it that
i the tbooks of enrollment are placed
with the managers before the time
for the opening of the polls. The
polls will open at 8 o'clock a. m. and
close at 4 o'clock p. m. (new time.)
The official watchers appointed for
the first primary are appointed for
the second primary and the (managers
.j are here.by authorized to recognize
them as such without further authority.
In the event of the failure of
any manager, clerk or watcher to
\ serve, the executive committeeman of
the dub is authorized . to appoinfc
