A precious heritage left to humanity
is the sweet memory of our loved
ones who have fought the good fight
and passed on to the beautiful realms
of God to enjoy the reward of the
faithful. Their lives , are an inspiration,
a magnet drawing us heavenward.
Mrs. 'Annie Hendrix Dennis was
born April 27, 1862. Thursday, October
18, 1917, in the shadows of the

that never fails." |
Her life was quiet and unobtrusive,
but one which, by its gentleness,
wielded a lasting influence in the
community in which she lived. Three
months ago she was taken to a hos-.
pital in Columbia for an operation,
but too late to relieve her sufferings.
Though prostrated by disease, no
murmur ever escaped her lips. When

The sweet ministering spirit of the

home has departed, and her husbandj
is left in his loneliness, yet he is not ;
alone, for the loving memory of her!
presence remains, and the Comforter
abides within.
