Stuck which we are going to take the liberty of printing, "because it will then set the matter exactly right. Our statement was cor rect,-but it did not give all the facts, or the facts in detail, and was, there fore, misleadin| without any intention on our part to mislead. It wos a little strange that he should receive a no tice that his examination had resulted in his rejection for the training cam? as written on the applicaton that was returned to him, and that then the next day or so it should appear in the paper that he had been accepted, but our statement would be construed as meaning that ihe reconsideration was due to the fact that he had sent the papers to Congressman Lever, which it seems was not the fact. It is our purpose always co state the facts, and ?iC?Ci tv liliesiOCKl CHUU uy UUCVl BWIO ment or inference, and, therefore, we take pleasure in making this correc tinn T"Vt* Qtn/>V'o lotfar fnlIna'a ViVWl.
