Little Miss Julia "A'eeks, the daugh-'

ebrated her seventh birthday anniver

born on St. Valentine's day. Julia
is a favorite in a large circle. She
is a bright, sweet and pretty little
living and moving valentine.

10 o'clock -Mr. R. c. Culbertson had
his left arm caught by a belt. The
arm was nearly jerked oft' by the ma
chinery. Drs. .1. M. Kibler and J no.
li. Setzier were called to attend the
injured man. They amputated the
arm just above the elbow, where it
had been nearly severed by the acci
dent. The bones of the forearm were
falso shattered.
