The good Word says, "if they smite
you on thy right cheek turn and let
Tthem smite the other."
Our good friends here faave merci- ?
fully pounded us on both cheeks and
we feel that they should be reported
for it. We have taken it all patiently,
without opening our mouths?except
to eat?and now we want to extend to
each of our friends the feeble expression
of thanks for these substantial
tokens of good will.

in' the store at night. Mr. Clarence
Wallace, the manager for Summer
Brothers, called up Sheriff Blease
Thursday morning and he sent Deputy
Dorroh at once to investigate the robbery
and make efforts to apprehend
the guilty party.

special editions I have ever seen, giving'
more thoroughly and fully the
things that one wants to know about
his home and his neighbors. I am sure
that the people of XewbeiVy will prize
that edition, and that they wiU always
