Terms of sale: One-third cash an J
the balance on a credit of dtie and
two years, the credit portion to be secured
by a bond cf the purchssc-r and
a mortgage o1 the premises sold, wit:
interest frcm the day of sale and until
paid in .ull at the rate cf fright per
cent per annum, interest payable annauallv,
with a stipulation in said
mortgage that in case said bond and
