Mr. Frank Boozer, who has been a
shut-in from paralysis for many
,yeai;s, passed away about eleven
o'clock. His remains were interred
at Zion Wednesday. Mr. Boozer was
highly respected by all who knew
him. He is survived by several chil
dren, namely: Mrs. Wi. Gibson, with
whom he made his home, Mrs. Bur
nett Harmon, Mrs. Burr Stockman,
Mr. John Boozer, Mr. Clayton Booz
er and many grandchildren.
Dr. Forest Bedenbaugh, the popu
lar pharmacist at the 'Prosperity Drug
Store, was married on Tuesday to
Miss Massie Williams, of Newberry.
They went to St. Luke 's~ for a. short
visit to his mother and also to* Co
lumbia. For the present they are with
Mr. Taylor's family.
Mrs. A. G. Wise went to the Co
lumbia hospital 'Monday for an
operation. She was accompanied by
Mr. Wise, Mr. Jno, Pat Wise and
Mrs. A. H: Kohn. The operation
was successful and ~he is doing very
well.
