SPECIALu TERM TO TRY IRBY.
Extra Session of Court to be Held at
Spartanburg November 11.

Columbia, October 19.-Govornor
Ansel hias ordered a special term of
court for Spartanburg to try the two
negroes, Agnew and Irby, both of
whom are now 'in the penitentiary for
safekeeping. Solicitor Sease was
here today in consultation with the
governor about the matter, and it was
deided to order the court for No
vember 11, which is as soon as it can
be held under the lar, and which is
one -week before the regular term be
gins. The presiding jtrdge will be
named by the chief justice. It is
likely that the two negroes will be
taken back to Spartanburg under mil
itary protection. A-new is held for
wreeking a train and Irby for at
tempted assault.
